Junior Sales Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior sales managers in planning and implementing sales strategies;
• Help manage and oversee the activities of the sales team to meet sales targets;
• Participate in sales presentations to customers and prospects;
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions and product launches;
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts;
• Analyze sales statistics and determine sales potential and inventory requirements;
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and the effectiveness of sales strategies;
• Contribute to training and development sessions for new hires and sales staff;

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
• Proficiency in using CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Capability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations;
• Basic understanding of negotiation tactics and strategies;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

Experience:

• No prior experience in sales management required, but some experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred;

• Multilingual abilities could be an advantage in communicating with a diverse customer base;
• Familiarity with the industry or product type that the company deals in;
