This website is operated by Flexipy OÜ, registered at Sepapaja 6, Lasnamäe, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. You can reach us at contact@flexipy.com.

These terms apply to your use of this website: reading it, and sending us an enquiry through it.

They do not govern any work we do for you. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, intellectual property, confidentiality and warranties. If anything here appears to conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a quotation, and we do not publish rates. Descriptions of what we do are descriptions, not commitments to deliver on particular terms.

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or submit the contact form automatically or in bulk.

There are no accounts and no passwords on this site, so there is nothing for you to keep secure here.

The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to Flexipy OÜ or to whoever licensed them to us. You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, or reuse the logo or brand without written permission.

You may link to any page here, provided the link does not suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form. You give us permission to read it and to use it to answer you. We handle it as described in the privacy policy.

Please do not send us confidential material through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree how, under a confidentiality agreement if that is appropriate.

We keep this site accurate and we source the claims on it. Even so, it is published as-is: we do not warrant that it is complete or current, or that it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove any page.

Where we link to another site — a product of ours, a client, a booking tool, a source for a claim — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

We are liable to you for loss we cause by breaking these terms or by failing to use reasonable care, up to the limits Estonian law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, and Harju County Court is the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's law or of your right to bring proceedings there.

We may change these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which text applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

These terms are published in English and Ukrainian. The English text governs; the Ukrainian text is provided for convenience. If the two disagree, the English text applies.
