Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to create a database of leads;
- Use digital tools and social media platforms to gather business intelligence;
- Engage with potential clients via email, social media, and occasionally over the phone to qualify leads;
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead generation strategies;
- Participate in marketing campaign ideation and execution to attract new leads;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape;
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot;
- Basic understanding of lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads);
- Competence in Microsoft Office or similar tools, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting;
- Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies, particularly digital marketing;
- Awareness of sales funnel management and conversion optimization;
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- Capable of crafting engaging and professional emails;
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying trends and patterns from complex data sets;
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment to meet shared objectives;

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Desirable Additional Skills:
- Previous internship or experience in a marketing or sales role is a plus;
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital advertising strategies;
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
Languages:
- English: B2+;
