Trainee/Junior Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients to create a database of leads;
  • Use digital tools and social media platforms to gather business intelligence;
  • Engage with potential clients via email, social media, and occasionally over the phone to qualify leads;
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead generation strategies;
  • Participate in marketing campaign ideation and execution to attract new leads;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape;
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot;
  • Basic understanding of lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads);
  • Competence in Microsoft Office or similar tools, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies, particularly digital marketing;
  • Awareness of sales funnel management and conversion optimization;
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Capable of crafting engaging and professional emails;
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying trends and patterns from complex data sets;
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment to meet shared objectives;
  • Willingness to accept feedback and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Eagerness to take initiative and the ability to work independently when necessary;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies;
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market conditions and team feedback;
Desirable Additional Skills:
  • Previous internship or experience in a marketing or sales role is a plus;
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital advertising strategies;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
