IT Sales Manager

Overview

We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in lead generation and IT sales who is responsible, motivated to take action and focused on achieving results. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of the IT domain is highly valued. The ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely, as well as to justify decisions and proposals, is important.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation and IT sales 1-3 years;
  • Understanding of lead generation types and key approaches;
  • English language proficiency of at least B2+, C1/C2 is desirable (ability to express opinions briefly and clearly);
  • Proficiency in working with Upwork, LinkedIn, Toptal, Fiverr, and similar platforms;
  • Experience with Odoo CRM, particularly in sales and marketing apps, or a willingness to learn;
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and successfully implement them;
  • Experience in account management, contract handling, support, and maintenance;
  • Understanding of the IT domain as a whole, with a technical background;
  • Ability to create presentations and present information in a clear and structured manner, highlighting key elements;
  • Strong business correspondence skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, social media, and other platforms;
  • Classification of leads, client support, and development of strategies to increase customer acquisition;
  • B2B and B2C sales;
  • Communication with potential clients and presentation of company services;
  • Managing business accounts, providing support, and handling contract agreements;
  • Participating in the improvement of internal processes and sales strategies;

Will Be a Plus:

  • Completed courses in Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, etc.;
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Canva;
  • Experience with different CRM systems (Monday, Pipedrive);

Terms of Cooperation:

  • Location: Ukraine (remote);
  • Schedule: Flexible, starting between 8:00–11:00, with an 8-hour workday;
  • Type of cooperation: Contract (B2B FOP);
  • Paid trial period: 1–3 months;
  • Payment: USD/UAH (fixed + % of the deal);
  • Vacation: 20 days;
  • Sick leave: 5 days (additional days require approval);
  • Meetings: Daily syncs, weekly planning;
