Overview

We’re looking for a curious and driven Junior Lead Generation Specialist who wants to gain real experience in B2B tech sales. You don’t need years of experience — just strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn fast.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to:
  • Get hands-on with prospecting and outreach tools;
  • Understand how outbound sales works;
  • Grow into more advanced sales or marketing roles;
     
You’ll work directly with our Sales Manager, use modern tools, follow proven playbooks, and have real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Research companies and decision-makers based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs);
  • Build qualified lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and web scraping tools;
  • Personalize and send cold email and LinkedIn outreach using proven scripts;
  • Track leads in Odoo CRM and keep statuses updated;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve campaign targeting and messaging;
  • Follow up with cold leads using automation tools (Instantly, Waalaxy);
  • Analyze performance weekly and suggest improvements;

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound, or SDR roles;
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, email tools, and CRMs;
  • Strong written English and attention to detail;
  • Proactive attitude and desire to learn SaaS/IT sales;
  • Bonus: Interest in B2B, AI, or SaaS industries;

  • LinkedIn Automation: Waalaxy or Dripify
  • Scheduling: Cal.com, Google Calendar, Calendly;
  • Docs & Tracking: Notion, Google Sheets, Confluence;

Terms of Cooperation:

  • Location: Ukraine (remote);
  • Schedule: Flexible, starting between 8:00–11:00, with an 8-hour workday;
  • Type of cooperation: Contract (B2B FOP);
  • Paid trial period: 1–2 months;
  • Payment: USD/UAH;
  • Vacation: 20 days;
  • Sick leave: 5 days (additional days require approval);
  • Meetings: Daily syncs, weekly planning;
  • Growth Path: High performers will have a chance to grow into SDR, Sales Manager, or Automation Lead roles;
