The engineer who designs your system is the one you talk to

The MVP you are about to build will still be running your business in three years. Almost nobody builds it that way.

I am on architecture and discovery for every project. Ten-plus years in Python: Tech Lead on a wealth-management platform where the team grew from five to twenty-plus, Lead Engineer on a compliance platform, and Principal AI Engineer on an agent-based messenger. Six of those years were with one team, through an acquisition, from developer to Tech Lead.

You will not be the only project we are running, and the engineers on yours are senior. We do not put juniors on client work and bill you for the learning, and there is no account manager standing between you and the person who designed your system.
